VAT relief for users with Disabilities

If you have a disability including Dyslexia, you may be able to claim VAT relief. Relief is also available for full systems, including hardware, provided it is supplied with any VAT free software as a package.

VAT relief does not apply to organisations buying software of equipment for general use or on behalf of a user with a disability.

VAT relief is available only if the purchase is made by the disabled person or their parent/guardian. A VAT relief declaration must be completed and duly signed and mailed to our office at the time of purchase.
