Services - Training on site

Full training and installation services is provided for all literacy and speech recognition products, for users with a range of computing experience. Training can be tailored precisely to fit the needs of the trainee.

At least two days of training is recommended for new computer users. Voice recognition trainees with special needs, users with respiratory problems, speech impediments or unusual and inconsistent voices may require extra training time. We can also provide advice and guidance, and prices can be arranged for special courses. Supplementary training materials are available on request.

A typical training course outline for speech recognition equipment is displayed below, but this will vary according to the skills of the user prior to training, their speed of learning, and the equipment/software involved in and covered by the training.

• On-line support

Installation of speech recognition software can be carried out on site. Other software may also be installed by special arrangement.
