Services - Technical support for 6 months (by email)

Our technical staff are familiar with a wide range of standard and specialist products, and can supply support for all products that we supply. Technical support also covers other areas where we can be of assistance, and we will endeavour to give support where possible.

We are ultimately not responsible for software provided by third parties, nor peripherals where the manufacturer provides their own support. In most cases we will first provide support contact details of the appropriate supplier. If difficulties persist thereafter we will endeavour to resolve difficulties. If necessary we will take issue up on the customer's behalf.

Technical support is provided by e-mail in the first instance. Where specific problems are identified more in-depth discussions will be provided by telephone. In cases of significant difficulty, if separate consultancy work is required this will be chargeable.
