Support will be provided by email for up to 10 users of the specific voice recognition or literacy product. Requests for advice or information should normally be coordinated through a single technically qualified contact person.

The request should be made by email and the problem should be carefully described. Enquiries of a general nature will normally be accepted by telephone.

Responses to straightforward queries will be made within the working day as a general rule. More involved issues may require 48 - 72 hours for a response.
